The path to water footprint reduction

The Davines Group has long been committed to reducing its impact on water resources. Indeed, conserving water and reducing its water footprint throughout the value chain are among the main goals of its current sustainability strategy.

Efficiency improvement of the production machines’ cooling/heating system: thanks to an automatic system, the water used for cooling and heating is drawn from the main circuit of the Davines Group Village.

2030: Davines Group Towards Planet Regeneration

Decrease water consumption by 50%: here is our drop.

In order to achieve its ambitious targets, the Davines Group - in continuation of the projects carried out in recent years - will aim to assess, through an organisational water footprint, the environmental impact of its production processes and supply chain on water reserves, both in terms of quality and quantity of available water.

In addition, the Group will commit to a detailed plan to address these challenges and improve water use efficiency.
