EROC: course at Davines Group Village

On Monday 8th May, the first appointment of the introductory course on regenerative organic agriculture curated by the team of Dario Fornara, Research Director of the Center, was held at Davines Group Village in Parma. 12 participants, farmers and people from the industry, were our guests.

The course consists of 7 practical and theoretical lectures aimed at sharing the principles, practices and benefits of regenerative organic agriculture with anyone interested in learning more.

Compared with traditional methodologies, regenerative organic agriculture has the potential to heal the soil by sequestering carbon, mitigating climate change, promoting biodiversity development, and protecting soil, air and water.
