Introductory Course on Regenerative Organic Farming
Twelve ICEA inspectors guided by Dario Fornara, Research Director di EROC

On May 28th and 29th, the Introductory Course on Regenerative Organic Farming, held by our colleagues Dario Fornara - EROC Research Director and Enrico Martani - EROC farm specialist, was held at the EROC fields and at the Village. It was aimed at 12  ICEA inspectors, one of the most important inspection bodies in Italy, accredited to issue organic certification.

The course provided notions on regenerative agronomic practices, soil health and quality and the ROC (Regenerative Organic Certification) certification process, an agricultural certification introduced in 2018 by the ROA (Regenerative Organic Alliance), for regenerative agricultural practices.

Two intense and stimulating days, which involved all participants with interest and enthusiasm, but which also created an important synergy with an important strategic partner such as ICEA, in order to promote, also in Italy, a certification standard for the agricultural supply chain of active organic ingredients that goes beyond organic and becomes regenerative organic.
